I’m a NY based Product Designer helping companies thread their ideas together one stitch at a time. Before I immersed myself into the UX world, I was a fashion designer for nearly a decade. I worked closely alongside my cross functional partners in collaborating and brainstorming ideas to build products through ideation, testing, and delivery. I wanted to continue my growth as a designer and go beyond apparel, so I decided to shift into UX design. My admiration for UX is rooted in the idea of building products based off empathy and thought provoking design solutions. I am committed to delivering high quality digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technological feasibility.
I was the head designer for Active at GAP and helped the category grow into the most profitable in the company for 2 consecutive years from 2020-2022. This was done through intensive competitor research and many design iterations along with wear tests until we landed with the best results.
The fashion design process is very similar to the UX process. The research side consists of market and trend analysis which supports the design and development stages. Then after few rounds of sketch iterations, the product moves into prototyping to test out any concerns before implementing into the collection.
